Existence exists.

Can you imagine air or any gas, water or any liquid, crystal or any rock, soil or any power. Can you? If you can good. Otherwise, try again, you will be able to.

Now extend this imagination a little be and imagine Temperature.

You could?? Good. No? Try again, you can.

Now extend your imagination a little more.

Imagine a closed container filled with air, and temperature in that container is decreasing….decreasing… and decreasing? Its getting coooler…..and coooooler. What happens? Air becomes gradually water. Similarly gas becomes liquid.

Cool further ….. ice? Cool further …. very hard crystal of water???

So do you see how an invisible parameter(temperature) is tuned a bit and the invisible air becomes visible water. And then, water to ice and then to crystal?

Now reverse this…….crystal to ice to water to air. Are you with me?? Getting the image?

So what is happening at a broad sense?

A group of atoms is being pressurized using temperature to alter their association.

And temperature is used as a benchmark to modulate this alteration.

Options price movement during an intraday session also operates on same lines, especially so the NIFTY options.

As in the case of gas-liquid-solid and vice-versa, options too operate like “Oscillator”.

As in former case, group of atoms cannot be a gas below a particular temperature. So, temperature is providing a benchmark value below which gas becomes liquid. Above this benchmark, liquid becomes gas.

So….. there is a temperature “Band” where a group of atoms(and molecules) are associated in liquid form(matrix). Below this “Band” there is another temperature “Band” where same group of atoms(and molecules) are associated in crystal form(matrix). Similarly there is another temperature “Band” where association is in gaseous form(matrix).

Gabel uses this model of “Band” to synthesize direction of trade. And….yes….there are 3 “Band”‘s only (talked about in trading calls) on each side of previous close.

Soft kiss of Gabel

UT – Up Trend, is the term used to description an option that is in demand and hence price increases during intraday session. Price is above its previous close and other bench marks.

DT – Down Trend, is the term used to description an option that is sloppy in demand and hence price decreases during intraday session. Price is below its previous close and other bench marks.
